SAHR Construction - Basement Today will complete your special basement finishing project using a five step process:
- Consultation - We will come out to look at the area you want finished. We'll look at it, take measurements and exchange ideas on what would make the space work best for you.
- Estimate - Following our visit to your home, you'll receive a written estimate detailing the work to be performed, a list of materials to be used, and project cost.
- Contract - You'll receive a written contract for all projects. The contract is our agreement to complete a quality project within specified time frames and your agreement for timely payment. Upon signing, we will schedule a start date that best fits your timeline.
- Work Flow - The project is arranged according to major aspects such as framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall and finish work such as painting, trim and flooring.
- Communication - Your relationship is important to us. We encourage you to ask questions, provide ideas, and discuss progress throughout the project. We believe active communication is essential to completing a quality project in a timely and professional manner.
The best part is that you can usually begin enjoying your new basement within two to four weeks!
